Pretty much a talented boy, one of the most promising rising stars from South America, but he's got a € 45 mio release clause in his contract and Porto are well known to not let the star players go for cheap, having said that Porto are only holding 90% of the transfer rights of this player too, which means "a nice pole of money" is needed to sign him.

Superstar? Rising star at the moment. I actually watch the Eredevise regularly (directly coming after Premier League, Bundesliga, the Mexican league and Copa Libertadores/Sudamericana in my priority list) and I see a promising talent there, but frankly doubt he's on a level to help Chelsea at the moment. I really don't see him at that level yet - probably an excellent future target, but not at a point to be constantly playing at the highest stage for Chelsea.
Disagreeing with you here - maybe in one or two years, but at this moment not as far as the medias indicate.

And pretty much Dortmund bound. He's probably the future of the club, but at this point not even close to be a starter for Borussia. I really like Pjanic (well probably because one of my best friend is a Bosnian and fanatic fan of Dzeko, Pjanic and Spahic, but I like him anyways) and I see that he made progress, but doubt he'd be able to make a real impact to your squad yet, concerning you are looking for possible starters and a Frank Lampard replacement.

You're probably right, but if we get him sooner he'll be cheaper and we might be able to land him without quite so much competition.

I'd love him at Chelsea, he'd be great with Thorgan Hazard and Lucas Piazon as the younger version of Eden Hazard, Juan Mata and Oscar!

I strongly disagree here - he's the next Lampard in my opinion well either him Isco, Markus Henriksen or Clement Grenier.
